Inspect Before Paying:
We encourage you to open the package and check the size, fit, and material before paying for the courier. If the item does not meet your expectations, you’ll only need to cover the shipping fees.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please do so within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition with all labels attached.
Refunds:
For refunds after the courier has left your location, you will need to visit our office in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item or a wrong size, we will cover the shipping fees for the return.
Shipping Fees for Other Reasons:
Please note that for all other reasons, including but not limited to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.
